Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of all building formats for the North India region.
Responsible for setting up new Centers, capacity expansion, and relocation of facilities.
Drive project management initiatives such as standardization, energy conservation, and productivity improvement.
Ensure on-time and safe delivery and handover of facilities with the highest standards and good engineering practices.
Support RE Team in site visits and due diligence for feasibility assessment.
Finalize conceptual layouts and assess layout parameters from an operations perspective.
Prepare Developer’s Scope of Work and Amazon scope of work, including cost estimates and Capex requests.
Finalize Project Management Consultants and manage project resources.
Work with the Procurement team to evaluate and finalize vendors.
Review material requirements, track delivery, and implementation.
Monitor progress and manage onsite execution of Amazon scope of work.
Track and ensure the quality of work by the Developer.
Ensure a snag-free handover to the Facilities Team.
Work with the Launch team for site launch preparation.
Ensure budget adherence and safe execution with no budget overruns and targeted Zero LTI.
Prepare weekly progress reviews and reports.
Ensure timely project closure, including commercials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience in engineering including a supervisory role managing people
Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
Experience in project management

Desired Qualifications

Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems
Experience in preventative maintenance systems
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology
