Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance operations across AP, AR, R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, regulatory, and client requirements.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and control frameworks.
Act as the primary contact for client and internal stakeholders.
Prepare operational dashboards and management reports.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts/associates.
Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Excel Automation, Power Automate, RPA tools (UiPath/Automation Anywhere), and ERP solutions (SAP/Oracle).
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
