Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning and execution of digital launches and adoption initiatives.
- Apply structured change management practices to prepare and support business teams through digital transformation.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies to maximize adoption and value realization.
- Coach and support co-workers and project teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation actions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business, digital, and global stakeholders.
- Drive timely and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.
- Define and monitor success metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver projects to required quality standards within agreed timelines and budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, change management, digital transformation, product launches, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives and applying structured change management methodologies.
- Strong project management and leadership skills to manage complex launches across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing adoption strategies that drive user engagement and business value.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience using data, metrics, and user feedback to measure adoption and evaluate success.
- Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and respond to evolving business needs.
