Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and competitive quotations by analyzing client requirements and collaborating with sales and technical teams.
- Maintain and update customer and project data within the C4C system.
- Oversee tender management activities, including pre-bid preparations and clarifications.
- Coordinate order execution steps, ensuring timely drawing approvals, manufacturing clearances, and delivery schedules.
- Manage inspection processes, including scheduling calls, reviewing test certificates, and ensuring compliance before dispatch.
- Serve as the central contact point for customer relations post-order.
- Ensure compliance with Atlas Copco's corporate vision, values, policies, and SHE guidelines.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role within mechanical or electrical engineering fields, ideally involving CNG compressor technologies.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Solid foundational knowledge of CNG compressor systems with keen attention to detail and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective English language proficiency and confident presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and demonstrate leadership potential.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to diverse project sites and customer locations.
