Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure adherence to service levels, timelines, and quality standards.
- Deep dive operational metrics and support process improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to mitigate issues.
- Mentor and support team members depending on business requirement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on shipment requirements acting as an execution POC and providing timely updates to leadership to support strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) support execution order placement.
- Manage communication with vendors on inventory handling and operational requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.
- Experience with MS Share-point.
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
