Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reconciliation for PPI Escrow and Nodal accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies, establish root causes, and drive resolution through stakeholder coordination.
- Forecast cash requirements, monitor fund sufficiency, and coordinate with Treasury and Finance for fund availability.
- Lead regulatory and statutory audits for escrow accounts and report to regulators.
- Prepare leadership updates and write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for automation and process improvement.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide launch support for new system deployments.
- Conduct deep dives into transaction data and financial metrics to identify anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform daily identification, deep dive, escalation, and closure of exceptions in partnership with global teams.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to align on project goals and mitigate risks.
- Advise business teams on the impact of new product launches on these accounts.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with guidelines and backup processes for business continuity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
