Amazon's Account Integrity Team seeks a Program Manager II to lead operational rhythm and cross-functional coordination for Risk Mining across India and Costa Rica. This execution-focused role involves defining processes, building reporting, driving delivery, and clearing blockers with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Own Weekly Program Review (WPR) and Quarterly Program Review (QPR) reporting for the Risk Mining function.
  • Track and drive closure of action items stemming from business reviews and COE findings.
  • Drive cross-RM initiatives with Payment Risk (PRISM-I) and Abuse Risk Mining (ARM) teams.
  • Lead coordination and sync between India and Costa Rica sites to reduce operational drift.
  • Standardize processes, tooling, and communication cadences across all Risk Mining verticals.
  • Own the program for feedback loops from Risk Mining MOs back into ML, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Lead SOP lifecycle management - author, review, deploy, and ensure parity or superiority of SOPs.
  • Identify automation and GenAI opportunities within Risk Mining workflows.
  • Develop the RM MO Repository - a scalable knowledge base of modus operandi patterns.
  • Own the ML and Engineering intake mechanism with AIT and IDS engineering teams.
  • Lead OP1 planning and enable prioritization of requirements with Engineering and ML partners.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all escalation action items.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience driving AI/automation-enabled process improvements, with a strong interest in applying GenAI to operational workflows.
