Responsibilities
- Define and drive the agentic AI roadmap for Azure Supportability.
- Create, review, and align requirements and specifications with engineering and business teams.
- Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to align goals, OKRs, and delivery milestones.
- Own stakeholder management, communicating benefits, providing updates, and creating feedback loops.
- Conduct research, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities in the AI landscape.
- Measure and evaluate the performance, adoption, and feedback for AI efforts.
- Anticipate and understand technical challenges and provide recommendations for solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in developing ML and/or AI based solutions.
- Experience with building and owning an agentic AI roadmap.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year (US-wide range, higher in SF/NYC).
