We are seeking a talented Salesforce Senior Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, while also integrating with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement and manage complex flows, process builders, triggers, and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT and post-deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and security protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code).
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
