What you will do

At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will lead SAP FI and CO implementation and support activities, translating business needs into robust, compliant solutions that strengthen financial processes end to end. You will analyze current ways of working, design and configure SAP FICO to enable efficient operations, and drive testing from system and integration testing through user acceptance. You will partner with stakeholders across Finance and IT to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules, provide training and day-to-day support for users, and produce clear documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. You will also troubleshoot incidents, support continuous improvements, and stay up to date with SAP FICO and S 4HANA capabilities.

Who are you?

In this role, you will bring strong SAP FICO experience and a structured, service-minded approach, with the ability to understand business processes and turn them into practical system designs. You communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences, take ownership from analysis to delivery, and enjoy collaborating across functions to solve problems and improve ways of working.

Essential requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
  • Proven capability to run and support testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing
  • Experience delivering end-user training and producing clear functional documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP S 4HANA
  • Integration experience with SAP MM, SD, and PP
  • SAP FICO certification and or project management experience
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
