Production Planner

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and business objectives.
• Prepare and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), monthly production plans, and weekly build schedules.
• Monitor execution of production plans, proactively identifying risks and resolving potential issues to minimize disruption.
• Analyze backlog, current, and forecasted orders to prioritize and sequence production activities effectively.
• Track production progress to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Assess delays or interruptions and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce lead times.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support production demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree/ Diploma in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years working experience.
• Practical experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
• Experience supporting multiple product families or complex manufacturing operations.
