Responsibilities

- Identify and solve production-related challenges using creative and effective solutions based on data analysis and performance trends.
- Lead and support improvement initiatives by managing projects focused on workflow optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze production data to uncover improvement opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or another relevant Academic Background.
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative in solving problems.
- Driven and analytical person who understands complex relationships, takes initiative, and makes well-informed decisions to solve problems effectively.
- Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken.
- Positive and proactive mindset, collaborative, clear in communication and result-oriented personality that enjoy solving problems.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from working in production or working with processes, where you’ve gained a practical understanding of how things connect and flow.
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt is beneficial.
