Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Develop messaging that communicates technical and economic benefits to various customer audiences.
- Lead product launches and commercialization efforts for the US market.
- Develop launch plans, sales tools, collateral, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Support sales management and sales teams with competitive intelligence, customer presentations, and value-selling tools.
- Develop product training programs for sales representatives and channel partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with global PFS product management teams to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Engage with local vendors for local product solutions that improve lead time, product offering and private label capabilities.
- Support pricing strategies and profitability initiatives.
- Responsible for material number and pricing updates in SAP for the US team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or application engineering.
- Experience in industrial, life sciences, process technologies, filtration, separation, fluid handling, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value propositions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with membrane filtration, depth filtration, cartridge filtration, tangential flow filtration (TFF), gas filtration, or purification technologies.
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, water, chemical processing, or semiconductor markets.
- Experience supporting global product portfolios.
- Familiarity with CRM (C4C), SAP, market intelligence, and marketing automation platform.
