Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for core ordering systems, modernizing and automating Google Cloud's Quote-to-Cash life-cycle across offline and online flows.
- Design and execute end-to-end orchestration workflows for product provisioning and manage platform primitives for entitlement life-cycles and usage integration metrics.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales operations, and boundary product groups to support commercial transaction flows and downstream systems like sales compensation, billing, and business recognition.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and advocate for process/system discipline in ordering, booking, and fulfillment for your supported line of business.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives across Quote-to-Cash and GCBP overall.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- 2 years of experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, or supply chain networks.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Ordering, Fulfillment or Supply Chain Product Management.
- Experience in Platform Product Management.
- Knowledge of Ordering and Fulfillment Processes and Systems for Hardware or Software.
- Strong product management, business acumen, investigative, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving, data analysis and business judgment skills.
