Responsibilities
- Support business-critical applications within the Engineering Solutions portfolio.
- Analyze incidents, requests, and business questions related to CAD and PLM systems.
- Coordinate and follow up with external partners for issue resolution.
- Identify recurring problems and investigate root causes.
- Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles for end users.
- Develop training materials for key users.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to the engineering ecosystem.
- Participate in projects and change initiatives.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering applications and support processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured way of working and attention to documentation.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to continuously improve.
- Excellent communication skills in professional English.
Desired Qualifications
- First experience in IT, engineering, product development or technical support is a plus.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with CAD, PLM, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile project work is a plus.
