Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and product leads, evaluate client technical maturity and first-party data strategies to guide scalable solution adoption.
- Uncover custom technical opportunities while funneling critical product gaps and edge cases back to core Ads engineering.
- Translate client needs into clear system architectures, author prototype-grounded requirement documents and standardized deployment playbooks.
- Design durable, privacy-compliant data pipelines—including Google Ads API integrations—and enforce validation frameworks using real-world data subsets.
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across gTech and client teams to oversee smooth implementation and successful last-mile activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Practical experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends).
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with effective problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
- Demonstrated coding ability with Java or Python, and database knowledge with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
