Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement business requirements and propose functional and digital solutions.
  • Create data analyses, dashboards, and visualizations to support decisions.
  • Map, review, and improve end-to-end procurement processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Power Apps.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance work methods and data literacy.
  • Lead improvement initiatives from definition to implementation.
  • Apply data analytics and data quality principles for process performance.
  • Develop automation routines using Power Automate for efficiency and data integrity.
  • Support process measurement and adherence to defined methods.
  • Ensure procurement routines comply with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide training and create work instructions for purchasing and supply chain professionals.
  • Support strategic regional activities related to quality, sustainability, capacity, and cost.
  • Represent the team and region in cross-functional and global forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluent English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of digitalization and information technology concepts in a business environment.
  • Understanding of process improvement concepts, methods, and practices.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView, Power Apps, or similar.
  • Experience with ERP and data warehouse systems.
