Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement business requirements and propose functional and digital solutions.
- Create data analyses, dashboards, and visualizations to support decisions.
- Map, review, and improve end-to-end procurement processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Power Apps.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance work methods and data literacy.
- Lead improvement initiatives from definition to implementation.
- Apply data analytics and data quality principles for process performance.
- Develop automation routines using Power Automate for efficiency and data integrity.
- Support process measurement and adherence to defined methods.
- Ensure procurement routines comply with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and create work instructions for purchasing and supply chain professionals.
- Support strategic regional activities related to quality, sustainability, capacity, and cost.
- Represent the team and region in cross-functional and global forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digitalization and information technology concepts in a business environment.
- Understanding of process improvement concepts, methods, and practices.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView, Power Apps, or similar.
- Experience with ERP and data warehouse systems.
