We are seeking a Process Specialist (O2C) to join our international Finance Business Support team in Berlin. This role focuses on improving Order-to-Cash processes through efficiency, standardization, and digitalization, collaborating with stakeholders across Europe and with our BPO provider.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvements within the O2C area, focusing on efficiency, quality, and standardization.
- Support stable service delivery and collaborate with our BPO provider to ensure high-quality operational performance.
- Work closely with O2C Experts, business stakeholders, and the BPO provider to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitalization.
- Support the implementation of process and system changes, including SAP and S/4HANA-related initiatives.
- Analyze operational and process-related issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance O2C processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives impacting the Order-to-Cash area.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the business.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Subledger, or other finance operations processes.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an international and collaborative environment.
- Interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
