Requirements

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and develop actionable implementation plans.
Ability to drive cross-functional optimization efforts that deliver measurable operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of CSV, JSON, Markdown, or Python.
Knowledge of machine learning models.
