ABB is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist (80-100%) in Quartino, Switzerland, to drive the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Responsibilities

  • Support local project managers through all implementation phases and monitor progress of process engineering activities.
  • Coordinate stakeholder activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present status updates, reports, and deployment documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Global Manufacturing Manager and Process Competence Center to ensure deployment consistency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of the global MES roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial or management engineering
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English language
  • Positive spirit, Proactivity, team working, speediness and problem solving orientation
  • Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility assigned tasks and projects.
