We are seeking a Process Engineer to support assembly cell operations, ensuring stable assembly quality and process automation using advanced technologies like robotics and sensors. The role involves managing robotic processes, ensuring painting quality, improving safety, and developing new automated processes to save manufacturing costs.
Responsibilities
- Take full charge of a process and provide technical support for production.
- Control equipment, facilities, jigs, and fixtures for assembly cells.
- Manage and understand industrial robot processes (e.g., Yaskawa robots in paint shops).
- Oversee painting cells to ensure process, quality, and calibration.
- Improve working safety by eliminating process risks.
- Develop new process flows with digitalization and automation.
- Perform problem-solving and maintenance.
- Review and design manual processes for automation.
- Cooperate with manufacturing engineers, technicians, and team leaders.
- Create and control revision history of engineering documents (SOP, 4M Change, Build sheet, TPM).
Requirements
- Skillful in Excel, Macro, and Programming.
- Understanding of PLC logic (e.g., Mitsubishi PLC).
- Experience with industrial robots (e.g., Yaskawa robot) in paint shops.
- Knowledge of painting cell processes, quality, and calibration.
