Responsibilities
- Daily management of shift operations including administrative management of associates.
- Job allocation to associates and monitoring/mentoring them on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor status of counts and problem-solve queues.
- Be responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for respective work stations.
- Stand-in for Area Manager.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- High school or equivalent education.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
