Principal HRBP role supporting Corporate Operations teams in India, focusing on HR strategy, org design, talent management, and workforce transformation. This role partners with senior leaders to shape HR strategy and drive data-informed decisions, leveraging GenAI tools for HR work.

Responsibilities

Set HR strategy and goals for the client group, leading org design, succession, and change leadership.
Drive forward-looking promotions, succession, and top-talent movement, coaching senior leaders.
Partner with Finance & Recruiting on headcount, and set sourcing strategy to strengthen the senior tech/science pipeline.
Use data (Clarity) to diagnose and influence, role-model Leadership Principles, and preserve Day-1 culture.
Function as a coach and consultant to key leaders, translating business needs into HR plans.
Review and analyze business metrics including retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.
Engage COE partners (HR Partner, Talent Management, Org Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Compensation) to tackle organizational obstacles.
Leverage data, expertise, and judgment to influence long-term decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
Explore and apply GenAI tools to enhance HR work, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

10+ years of human resources management, or 10+ years of human resources leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development.
