Ericsson is seeking a PHP Developer for their Krakow R&D unit to join the Portal development team. The role involves developing and maintaining tools for Packet Core development flow, focusing on automation and CI/CD. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong scripting and database skills, is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Portal and relevant tools for Packet Core development flow.
Manage and utilize a large database storing development flow information.
Implement and maintain Continuous Integration processes.
Monitor and support the operation of the Portal during the development flow.
Set up, maintain, and provide user education for Portal products.
Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and create an easy-to-use environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Web developing technology.
Good scripting experience in PHP, Python and shell scripts.
Knowledge of Internet protocols and security (SSL, HTTP, HTTPS, Certificates).
Experience with database schema design and usage.
Good experience in Linux/Unix systems, as well as compiling and build systems.
Knowledge and development experience of API based systems.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Mason2, Ansible) structure and usage.
Good knowledge of version control systems, such as Git/Gerrit/Gitlab.
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management systems (requirement management, TR/CR management system etc).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Drupal platform knowledge and experience is preferred.
MySQL experience is preferred.
Knowledge of the development programming languages, Java, Node.js, C++, XML.
Knowledge of Free Open-Source Software, its principles, and licenses.
Familiarity with IS/IT.
Knowledge in how to configure, install, maintain, and update hardware, operation systems, software, and network interfaces.
Familiarity with Ericsson BCSS R&D Release Process, Tools, and Environments.
