Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution from static campaign execution to always-on optimization using performance marketing frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Champion advanced targeting models and oversee technical delivery for automation and segmentation workflows, ensuring optimized technical operations.
- Integrate go-to-market performance data across campaigns, channels, and workflows to improve end-to-end funnel effectiveness and drive performance reviews.
- Establish governance for speed and innovation, defining decision rights and escalation paths for campaign changes.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence in performance marketing enablement through disciplined planning rhythms and execution readiness checks.
- Support FY27 campaign planning by translating strategic priorities into executable operational plans.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or related field AND 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation or digital marketing at enterprise scale, OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years of experience in business, OR equivalent experience.
- Track record running agile marketing campaigns for large organizations.
- Expertise in precision targeting, media optimization, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of technical marketing operations, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching on agile marketing principles.
- Strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with enterprise marketing automation and advanced analytics.

Benefits
- Base pay range across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
- Different base pay range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
