Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
- Use workforce data and business trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues and Centers of Expertise.
- Ensure People & Culture practices align with company policies and employment laws.
- Participate in and lead People & Culture projects.
- Balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR Management or HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated experience advising and coaching leaders.
- Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employment practices.
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, consultation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze information and workforce data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a broader People & Culture team.

- SHRM or HRCI professional certification is preferred.
