Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality results within deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
