We are seeking a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to drive revenue growth and customer success within the Test & Measurement industry by managing strategic partnerships. This hybrid role in Armenia requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and at least 10 years of relevant experience to foster tri-lateral value benefiting customers, partners, and Emerson T&M.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and enhance customer success through ownership of business objectives.
- Foster cross-functional alignment by integrating partner collaboration across Business Units, Regional Sales teams, and Service & Support organizations.
- Align partner strategies with Emerson’s T&M Business Unit goals.
- Connect partners with Account Managers through account plans, opportunities, and customer engagement.
- Evaluate and qualify high-value partner solutions and services, defining clear collaboration areas and scaling strategies.
- Co-develop business plans to scale partner solutions/services, measuring effectiveness through new business opportunity creation.
- Be accountable for revenue growth through shared goals, demand creation, pipeline reviews, and joint performance metrics.
- Provide strategic insights to inform Emerson’s T&M partner needs and selection criteria.
- Lead efforts to scout, onboard, and align new partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships between partners and Emerson T&M.
- Connect partners with internal Emerson T&M departments to streamline operations, including contracts, training, resource development, and business processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Test & Measurement industry.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align partner business models, Emerson’s T&M business models, and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly, concisely, and transparently.
- High level of self-motivation and influence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for partner engagements and industry events.
- Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or 15+ years of deep business experience.
- Technical engineering degree.
- In-depth understanding of NI Software & Hardware products.
- Proficiency in German.
