Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, silicon vendors), driving readiness, onboarding, and technical enablement for Windows platform releases.
- Coordinate across Microsoft engineering, support, and product teams to resolve partner blockers, accelerate device/solution quality, and drive partner outcomes.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with partner engineering teams, representing Microsoft in technical engagements and navigating across groups and levels.
- Translate partner feedback, pain points, and usage patterns into actionable insights for internal platforms and product teams.
- Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables with a data-driven approach.
- Contribute to the product roadmap for internal AI-powered enablement tools by channeling real-world partner scenarios, supporting feature validation, and helping define success metrics.
- Participate in sprint planning, feature prioritization, and iteration cycles to continuously improve scalable, self-service partner enablement experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.
- OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross-team stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with server hardware technologies or platform services.
- Experience working with server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, or silicon vendors).
- Familiarity with Windows platform technologies, device development, or certification processes.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, platform services, or data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year.
- In San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
