Responsibilities
- Support recovery operations to fulfill and optimize recovery.
- Ensure positive customer experiences for repeat business.
- Handle administration of returned and transferred products to minimize loss and maximize profit.
- Perform IT data entry for returned products.
- Repack products for Back-To-Stock (BTS).
- Assemble products for store themes.
- Handle quality claims for furniture.
- Scrap quality claim furniture following procedures.
- Print and affix As-Is price tags for sale.
- Contribute to store vitality and participate in in-store activities.
- Assist with other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant working experience, retail preferred.
- Confident in approaching and talking to people.
- Enthusiastic about work and working in a team.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work for efficient time use.
- Good personal discipline.
- Commitment to working AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and computer skills.
