Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Review customer purchase orders, pricing information, contractual requirements, and compliance-related documentation.
- Monitor order progress from receiving to booking.
- Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and business commitments.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and other stakeholders regarding order-related issues.
- Investigate and escalate system, pricing, product, or order discrepancies when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and sharing best practices.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure business continuity and provide backup support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
