Responsibilities
- Manage the order lifecycle from down payment to production start
- Update the production program
- Issue invoices, delivery and registration documents
- Ensure the transportation of trucks follows agreed terms of delivery
- Communicate delivery dates, changes, and delays
- Arrange license plates, insurance, and certificates
- Identify process improvements
- Responsible for purchase and sales contract creation
- Supports sales representatives with reports and documentation
- Supports the Sales manager with forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in logistics, order management, sales admin, or supply chain
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Result oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently
- Comfortable handling challenges and proposing solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focused mindset and clear communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- English communication skills, minimum B2 level required
- Strong Excel skills
