Emerson is seeking an Operator Assembling in Shanghai, China for a full-time, on-site role. This position involves daily operations, assembly, testing, and packaging of valves, with a strong focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate has over one year of experience in mechanical products or valve assembly.

Responsibilities

Perform daily operation work, assembling and testing valves.
Identify quality problems and perform packaging operations.
Provide timely feedback on issues and cooperate with production activities.
Align with safety requirements and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to complete tasks.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of post tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Record production activities accurately.
Report equipment failures, safety problems, and quality issues promptly.
Complete production plan tasks and cooperate with the team.
Be responsible for job safety, production efficiency, quality, and 5S.

Requirements

High school/secondary school education or above.
More than 1 year of relevant working experience in a related position.
Experience in mechanical products or valve assembly is preferred.
Possess team spirit; be self-motivated, careful, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to learn quickly, be self-driven, and maintain a positive working demeanor.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Understanding and adherence to company rules, workshop field, and supervisor arrangements.
Awareness and adherence to company safety rules and regulations.

Production work experience in the valve industry is preferred.
