In short

We are looking for an Operator Assembling to perform daily operations, assemble and test valves, identify quality issues, and handle packaging. The role involves coordinating with production teams and adhering to safety and operational procedures. Ideal candidates have over 1 year of experience in related positions, particularly in mechanical products or valve assembly, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Align with safety requirements and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Follow company rules and workshop field arrangements.
Complete tasks according to SOP with planned quality and quantity.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of post tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Work according to instructions and maintain production records.
Adhere to safety rules and regulations and maintain safety awareness.
Complete production plan tasks and cooperate with the team.
Report equipment failures, safety problems, and quality issues promptly.
Complete other assigned work.
Be responsible for job safety, production efficiency, quality, and 5S.

Requirements

High school/secondary school education or above.
More than 1 year of relevant working experience in a related position.
Experience in mechanical products or valve assembly is preferred.
Possess team spirit, self-motivation, carefulness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to learn quickly, be self-driven, and maintain a positive working demeanor.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently.

Desired Qualifications

Production work in valve industry background is preferred.
