Responsibilities
- Participate in financing processes of trucks, buses, construction equipment and related services
- Administer new and existing leasing contracts, including initiation, activation, modifications and terminations
- Address customer and dealer inquiries, resolving them directly or coordinating with appropriate departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support and develop smooth and efficient operational processes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and contract administration, particularly in the financial service industry
- Knowledge of leasing products and services
- Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- University degree, ideally in finance or business administration
