Responsibilities

End-to-end operations with stakeholders at our DS
Support the DS site lead in performance management
Drive the operational plan
Daily Management of shift
Administrative management of associates
Job allocation to associates
Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety
Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
Stand-in for Area Manager

Requirements

Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
