This role supports Volvo Brands by providing excellent service in binning, order execution, and stock maintenance. Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, order intake, handling back-orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving customer discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and check incoming shipments and returns.
Bin goods and report discrepancies.
Pick and pack parts and kits.
Ensure orderly stock maintenance and participate in stock-taking.
Report any safety or asset risks.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Support extended opening hours and 24/7 service.
Handle order intake for dealer network and central warehouse.
Coordinate and follow up on incoming shipments with customs brokers and transport companies.
Receive shipments in the system and release back-orders.
Resolve customer discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse.
Maintain up-to-date Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for back-orders.
Handle returns and buy-backs in the systems.
Follow up on transport lead times.

Requirements

Customer oriented
Self-motivated
Good communication skills in Arabic & French, English language is a plus
Good time management skills, ability to stick to tight deadlines
Good IT & administrative skills
Good team-player

Desired Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in customer service.
Familiarity with order management systems.
Ability to work extended hours and 24/7 service when needed.
