Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the OnSite IT team, prioritizing activities and preparing team members for growth.
- Manage IT infrastructure (data centers, servers, network) with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Oversee site End User Services and IT equipment along with partners.
- Manage IT disturbances, focusing on speedy return to normal operations and participating in root cause investigations.
- Capture local IT infrastructure demand and evaluate technology risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Manage site IT infrastructure costs in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Integrate AI systems into the production line to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end user services, preferably for a global manufacturer.
- Experience with support and operations for IT infrastructure.
- Proven success in developing and coaching people.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
