- Lead improvement and change management across the onboarding life-cycle.
- Utilize feedback and redesign to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of relevant human resources experience in India.

- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management skills and delivery experience.
- Strong execution focus and calendarization experience to enable a unified experience.
