As an Onboarding Program Manager, you will partner with onboarding advocates and HR teams to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires in India. This role requires 5 years of experience in program/project management and relevant HR experience in India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding for Google in India to provide experience to new joiners.
- Partner across teams to design creative interaction models, set new industry benchmarks, and establish a welcoming employee journey.
- Draw insights from data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals.
- Communicate program goals and objectives to stakeholders.
- Navigate a matrixed stakeholder ecosystem to bring radical design ideas to life.
- Build strong buy-in, facilitate design discussions, and align key decision-makers across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead improvement and change management across the onboarding life-cycle, utilizing feedback and redesign to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of relevant human resources experience in India.

- Strong project management skills and delivery experience.
