This role is responsible for territory sales bookings, building customer relationships, and promoting company image and products. Key responsibilities include leading sales channels to achieve objectives, managing customer coverage, and improving channel partner skills. Requires an engineering degree and 5+ years of sales experience in the control valve or chemical process industry, with basic communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute key account / territory management program to create more business.
- Lead and manage sales channels to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
- Manage the sales channel to ensure the effective coverage of customers and penetrate new customers or industries.
- Train sales channel to improve their skill to meet the KPI.
- Cover one region / industry of China.
- Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
Requirements
- Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials.
- 5+ years’ sales experience in control valve industry or chemical process industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Develop and execute business opportunities.
- Basic communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
