Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies with key OEMs in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Tianjin to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction. This role involves building and managing OEM relationships, coordinating internal resources, and supporting OEM sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Leybold China VTS team and top OEMs.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and Key OEMs.
- Coordinate the involvement of Leybold, including support, service, and management resources, to meet OEM performance objectives.
- Assist key channels/key OEMs in their sales activities such as customer visit, technical training, new product training.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Key OEMs.
- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channels and direct teams.
- Participate in a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
- Above 8 years solid sales experience.
- Knowledge on vacuum or general industry is preferred.
- Previous experience of driving Key OEMs sales ideally within similar market.
- Technical understanding ability or Engineering background.
- Sales management experience.
- Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written English required.
- Confident in interaction with end customers.
- Intensive traveling activity.
