Responsibilities
- Execute MRP and release purchase orders to support production schedules.
- Expedite critical materials to minimize shortages and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, turnover, and days on hand.
- Manage supplier relationships and replenishment processes.
- Resolve urgent supply issues and follow up on invoices and supplier payments.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency through proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English communication
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of material planning modules within ERP systems is an advantage
