Responsibilities

Analyse the current SP Development process across the F0–FD stages of the F-model.
Design an AI solution that supports information retrieval, F-model checklist readiness, and risk analysis.
Integrate approved knowledge sources with source traceability and human approval gates.
Investigate how an AI agent can support SP Drivers in coordinating stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and preparing decision material.
Evaluate the solution in terms of efficiency, information quality, decision readiness, process compliance, trust, and safety.
Identify opportunities to further support SP development leaders and propose an AI-resilient SP development process.
Document the work, present the results, and demonstrate the potential benefits for future software development.

Requirements

Studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Interest in AI agents, agentic workflows, software development processes, and the practical application of AI.
Interest in human-centred AI design, knowledge integration, information quality, and responsible AI governance.
Familiarity with, or interest in learning about, agentic AI coding tools, harnesses, cloud-based services, and related technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, structure an open research question, and collaborate effectively.
