Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for job advertisements, social media, career pages, and email campaigns.
Manage and maintain Transcom's employer brand presence across digital platforms.
Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to support talent attraction strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
Work rotational shifts as required.

Requirements

English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using social media platforms, job boards, and digital marketing channels for recruitment.
A university/college diploma or equivalent degree.
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proactive attitude, strong sense of accountability.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with ATS, CRM, social media management, or marketing automation tools is considered an advantage.
