Your role

As a Package Manufacturing Manager, your mission is to oversee the full scope of our package manufacturing operations to drive a modern, high-performance culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, customer experience, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. You will report to the Package Operations Manager.

You will

  • Determine and manage staffing levels across functional areas to ensure resources align with production needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain and champion a strong safety culture ensuring compliance with all safety standards and fostering a proactive approach to risk reduction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop front-line supervisorsto strengthen leadership capability and support team performance.
  • Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure consistent progress toward production commitments, actively monitoring performance to achieve reliable on‑time delivery.

You have 5+ years of supervisory experience.

  • demonstrated experience managing manufacturing operations with strong supervisory capabilities
  • proven knowledge and hands-on application of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and modern production practices
  • track record of maintaining and elevating a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures
  • ability to understand and manage cost and overhead variances, use ERP systems, and apply sound business decision-making
