As a Manufacturing Coordinator in Chihuahua, Mexico, you will be responsible for evaluating and coordinating the safety, quality, and productivity of your team. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, fluid English (B2), 5 years of experience, and the ability to travel internationally. You will apply World Class Manufacturing techniques, develop production staff, and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and coordinate the safety, quality, and productivity of all people under your responsibility.
Comply with all safety policies, report any situation of risk, and actively participate in safety improvement actions.
Continuously monitor staff and processes to ensure work meets quality requirements, including critical process audits and identification/analysis.
Calculate and implement area KPIs through standard time.
Calculate and monitor productivity and efficiency as key performance indicators in the production area.
Apply World Class Manufacturing techniques to improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage inventory.
Develop production staff through training programs and certification processes to maintain operational flexibility.
Improve results in absenteeism, turnover, quality, and productivity through leadership based on proper communication.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or preferred field.
Fluid English, B2 level.
5 Years of experience.
Ability to travel including internationally (USA - VISA).

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree.
Experience working with global staff.
