Requirements
- A background in software development and a genuine interest in modern software engineering.
- Several years of leadership experience within software development or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience working with complex software-intensive products and systems.
- A solid understanding of Agile principles, DevOps, CI/CD, and product-oriented development.
- The ability to engage in meaningful discussions with developers, architects, and technical leaders.
- An MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Must pass a security vetting.
