Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading complex technology products, product organizations, or project initiatives in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including direct responsibility for developing and leading teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects or product portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional technology teams.
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive decisions.
