Tetra Pak is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in South Island, New Zealand. The role involves executing installation and preventive maintenance tasks of a less complex nature, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing customer sites for installation events and assembling machines and conveyers.
- Participate in the installation of rebuilding kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production.
- Use TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance and work performed.
- Execute all work in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, promoting a safe working culture.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and sustaining TP's reputation.
- Contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding customer business development.
Requirements
- Limited experience in hands-on technical work.
- Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation.
- Previous position: Maintenance Engineer.
